Force Dredging Systems (FDS) has recently completed a successful hire contract in the Caspian Sea which involved clearing drill mud cuttings and debris away from the base of a production jacket and placing them in a specified dumpsite some 60m to 80m away. Once FDS Superstream Dredging System had cleared the cuttings and debris, it was quickly reconfigured on site to undertake seabed trenching for a new riser installation.
