Work gets under way at Peterhead Harbour
Work has begun on the much heralded expansion of Peterhead Harbour in the UK. Stones are being laid at Peterhead port’ s breakwater in advance of a massive £ 30m scheme which aims to meet the increased demands of the pelagic fleet. The project became a reality earlier this year after securing £ 5m of Scottish Government funds.
