Compressed Air Takes Pole Position

Zander-Hiross, specialists in the treatment of compressed air and gas, has supplied a KM75 adsorption heatless dryer for use on the Royal Research Ship RRS James Clark Ross, the British Antarctic Surveys modern, ice strengthened, multi-discipline oceanographic research vessel. Designed to operate in polar waters, the vessel can be easily driven at a steady two knots through level sea ice up to one metre thick.
