Smit increases its market share in Canada
In mid March Smit International signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Minette Bay Ship Docking Ltd in Prince Rupert, Canada. The tug company operates a three tug fleet in the increasingly busy port of Prince Rupert and provided ship docking services at the Ridley Island Coal Terminal for 25 years.
