Harms fleet expansion continues with Ursus

The fleet of Hamburg based Harms Offshore Gmbh continues to grow rapidly, with five powerful new anchor handling tugs put in service in three years and there are more new vessels to come. Harms building programme first started to bear fruit in 2005 with the delivery of Primus, the smallest of the present series.
