Chinese Oceangoing Tug to Have MAN B&W Machinery
MAN B&W Diesel A/S , Denmark has been awarded the contract to supply a complete twin-screw low-speed two-stroke propulsion package for an 16,100bhp Chinese super-tug. The new vessel is under construction at the Wuchang Shipyard , Wuhan, China for the Shanghai Salvage Co Ltd , owners of a large fleet of tugs of all types.
