Apprenticeship scheme

As the Government increases its commitment to supporting business growth and employment through apprenticeships, National Apprenticeship Week highlighted the benefits of harnessing fresh talent, up-skilling a company’s workforce and receiving attractive grant and incentive packages through taking on an apprentice.

Cornwall Marine Network’s scheme is specifically designed to take the hassle of recruitment away from the employer while tailoring a grants package around each apprentice. It sources their training and provides dedicated specialist support for the duration of either a one year or two to four year apprenticeship. Crucially, this support can include training delivery at the employer’s premises.
