Offshore Survey 13 Call for Papers

Three-hundred word abstracts of papers for the fourth Offshore Survey conference at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton on 10 and 11 April 2013 are now invited.

Headline topics for which contributions are required by organisers Intelligent Exhibitions are Hydrographic & Seabed Surveys, Subsea Positioning, Survey Operations, Data Processing & Visualisation, Industry & Professional Issues. The deadline is 30 September and successful applicants will be notified by the end of this October, with full programme details due to be announced in November.

As usual, the two day event is being staged in conjunction with the Ocean Business exhibition, which runs from 9 to 11 April. Providing a mix of technology and business for delegates, the three day function will feature hands-on training and demonstration workshops, enabling prospective buyers to test equipment prior to purchase. Aside from dockside displays, there will also be a concurrent Ocean Careers forum providing advice on opportunities within the ocean technology, marine science and offshore industries.

Further details on all three events, including guidelines for submission of abstracts of papers, are available online at www.oceanbusiness.com.
