Chinese order cheers Beta Marine

The initial order, worth over £200,000, was secured by Beta Marine CEO Andrew Growcoot during a recent visit to a Chinese shipyard.

The company has already sent a number of prototype products to China, through their distributor, for assessment as well as the first eight generator sets.

Andrew Growcoot said, “This is our first business dealings in China and we are delighted to be working with our new Chinese distributor on this initial order. In the longer term we plan to train some of their people on our products and hope that we will enjoy a long and successful relationship with the company. ”
