Couplings partnership
Reich Drive Systems UK Limited, a subsidiary of German based Dipl.-Ing. Herwarth Reich GmbH, known as Reich, and Marine & Industrial Transmissions Limited, part of Axel Johnson International, have announced a Strategic Partnership.
This new working relationship will allow each of the two organisations to benefit from their respective expertise and provide a comprehensive range of coupling solutions.
Reich, headquartered in Bochum, Germany, manufactures a wide range of both torsionally flexible and torsionally rigid couplings that have become recognised internationally for their quality, reliability and performance. Reich products are used widely in several industries including marine.
Marine & Industrial Transmissions Limited, with bases in both Northern and Southern England, is an established centre of excellence for driveline systems, providing customers with full product life cycle support from system design, supply, commissioning, maintenance, repair, spares and overhaul or replacement.
Reich’s comprehensive product range will enhance the existing driveline transmissions portfolio offered by Marine & Industrial Transmissions Limited. Both companies currently operate within many of the same market sectors and therefore, there is a strong synergy across the two businesses.
