Crown Estate leases unleash tidal power

The SeaGen tidal turbine in Strangford Lough, which will now also host a prototype Deep Green Ocean Kite by Swedish developer Minesto

The Crown Estate confirmed on Wednesday that three organisations have secured rights to progress with the development of tidal energy projects at sites around the UK.
