Bids fall short in Poland’s first offshore wind auction

Poland is emerging as a leading offshore wind Baltic state, holding its first auction for three major projects to be installed in the Baltic Sea.

However the number of bids fell 500MW short of what the government was offering, the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) said.
