Tech giant Google’s recent Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with energy firm EnBW is a sign of a growing reliance by large technology companies on power from offshore wind.

Utilities and developers say these corporate contracts provide the predictable revenue needed to support multi-billion-euro offshore wind investments, especially as government support is waning.
