The 27th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. Latest UK offshore wind farm given green light
Another 90 offshore wind turbines will be installed offshore England’s south coast, adding to 116 turbines already operating alongside.
The UK continues to spend on offshore wind, despite the fact that the grid cannot accommodate all the power: in 2024, offshore wind farm developers were paid £176 million (€202.5 million) to switch off their turbines.
