Revolution Wind’s offshore wind project has won a key legal victory, allowing critical marine construction to resume despite ongoing US politics in the renewables sector.

The US District Court for the District of Columbia has granted a preliminary injunction overturning a federal stop-work order on the nearly complete windfarm construction.
