Danish energy giant Ørsted’s joint venture is suing Donald Trump over his administration’s stop-work order on Revolution Wind, which is 80% complete.

It comes after the US offshore agency Oceantic Network reacted with anger to more decisions to remand permits and approvals for several federally permitted offshore wind projects off the coast of Massachusetts.
