MacGregor to supply cable layer cranes
MacGregor is to kit out a new state-of-the-art cable layer with three cranes
The company, part of Cargotec, will deliver a 100-tonne active heave-compensated crane, a 20T offshore crane and a 3T deck crane to Prysmian, to equip VARD’s third NB970 cable laying vessel.
The deal also encompasses MacGregor’s OnWatch solution, including round-the-clock technical support worldwide.
