Seascour calls for end to caustic marine descaling

Florida-based marine descaler manufacturer Seascour has marked its third year in business by calling for an end to the widespread use of caustic chemical cleaning agents in the maritime sector.

The company, now part of the Hendry Holdings group, has developed a plant-based product intended to replace traditional descalers that rely on hydrochloric and phosphoric acids.
