Farewell to Ton Kooren – President of the Kotug Group
On the 2nd of August 2002, after a period of 25 successful years as founder and President of Kotug International B.V. , Mr Ton Kooren resigned from the Kotug Group.
In future Ton will be involved as commissioner to the Kotug Group and will remain active as owner and advisor with Kooren Shipbuilding & Trading BV.
The latter company, established two years ago, was specifically set up to take care of the research, development, construction and sale of tugboats, in particular of the patented and successful Rotortugs.
Mr Ton Kooren has appointed Ard-Jan Kooren as his successor and President of the Kotug Group. Margo Kok-van der Wal, Financial Director, has become Vice President.
