Atlas Reveals New Products at Seawork 2005
New ranges of software for seabed classification were unveiled at Seawork 2005 byYeovil based Atlantas Marine, UK and Irish distributors for the developers, Quester Tangent ofCanada. They included QTCMultiview for classifying sediment types and defining acoustic diversity with an emphasis on image quality control and sophisticated data filtering.

Reson to Be Cheerful
Southampton UK based hydrographic surveyors Emu Ltd have taken delivery of a Reson SeaBat 8101 multibeam echosounder. The integrated multibeam system is also comprised of Reson PDS2000 data acquisition and processing software, Reson SVP-15 sound velocity probe and a TSS MAHRS attitude and heading sensor.
