New UKHO Chairman
David Palmer, current chairman of two printing groups, executive trustee of the Mary Rose project and a yachtsman of repute, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the UK Hydrographic Office .

Working closely with the UKHO’s Chief Executive, Dr Wyn Williams, his appointment is aimed at helping the organisation in its role as a major world supplier of electronic charting products and services.
