IADC in Moscow forum

René Kolman, secretary general of the International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) will be presenting a paper at the Third International Forum of Dredging Companies in Moscow on February 25, 2016.

Kolman’s talk will focus on ecosystem services and how the dredging industry can implement this concept in its projects. He will also highlight examples of projects and how ecosystem services can be used in project planning in order to quantify and measure the impact that maritime infrastructure has on the environment.

The Third International Forum of Dredging Companies is being organised by media group PortNews with FSUE Rosmorport and IADC as partners. The Forum is also supported by the Russian Ministry of Transport and the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport of Russia (Rosmorrechflot).
