Ørsted slashes headcount by 25%

Offshore wind leader Ørsted has confirmed it will cut its workforce by 2,000 as part of an ‘updated business plan and strategic priorities’.

“At the same time, we want to create a more efficient and flexible organisation and a more competitive Ørsted, ready to bid on new value-accretive offshore wind projects,” said CEO Rasmus Errboe.
