Irish patrol vessels seize cocaine worth €160 million

Four men have appeared in an Irish court after a container ship was impounded with what is the country’s largest ever drugs haul, media reports say.

The Army Ranger Wing, Gardai and Naval Service stormed the MV Matthew on September 26, with some media reporting shots fired.
