Telemar merges with TNL to fast-track digital change
Marlink-owned subsidiary Telemar is to merge with TNL Group, an Athens-based maritime navigational services specialist.
In a statement, the companies said the merger would put the entity among the world’s top three maritime and superyacht OT (Operational Technology) and IoT (Internet of Things) providers.
