UK firm boosts maritime offering with purchase
Maritime electrical systems supplier Energy Solutions UK has bought Oceanic Systems, which designs and manufactures systems for control and monitoring vessels.
The company says the acquisition enhances its marine technology offerings, advancing its digital portfolio in boat-building and marinee manufacturing.
