Unique purchase enhances subsea portfolio

Specialising in survey equipment, diving support, buoyancy, unmanned surface vessels and lifitng and mooring solutions, Unique Group says the acquisition will complement its existing manufacturing locations in South Africa, the Middle East and the Isle of Wight.

Subsea Innovation is based in Darlington, in the north of England. It has a track record in offshore deck equipment, including launch and recovery systems, engineering consultation, pipeline repair and other subsea functions.
