Williams Shipping has strengthened its marine logistics footprint with the acquisition of GIF Transport and Logistics and a prime logistics hub site in Dyce, Aberdeen.

The move unites two respected names in the marine supply chain, combining Williams Shipping’s expertise with GIF’s established operations in the UK’s offshore energy sector. Day-to-day activities will continue under the GIF Transport and Logistics name, with the existing team ensuring continuity for customers.
