Kooiman to build unique support vessel for HvS

HvS has gained a great deal of operating e I and earlier vessels of a similar type.

HvS Dredging Support BV, of Harlingen in the Netherlands, has announced that in addition to its current support vessel Zwerver I, a new unique multi-purpose DP-1 support vessel is to be built, bearing the name Zwerver III.
