Bourbon fined for Dolphin capsizing
Norway’ s national prosecutor, Bjoern Soknes, has fined Bourbon Offshore Norway AS 5m kroner (some £ 500,000) this week for failures which led to the deaths of eight people when the AHTS Bourbon Dolphin capsized off Shetland in April 2007.
