Profile: XAMK and EKAMI are working together to build a new maritime simulator center with the aim to provide the best possible maritime training for existing and future seafarers. This will be done by having state of the art, full mission simulators for bridge and machinery operations that will be able to work together to prepare the students for the situations aboard real ships. These simulators will be complemented by classrooms for training in navigation, radio communication, machinery operation and cargo handling. The procurement documents are available from:
