Guests at the signing ceremony included Capt. Mouamar Gaddafi and representatives from the French, Spanish, Portuguese and Maltese embassies.

A VTMS contract between Libya’s Ports and maritime Transport Authority (PMTA) and Transas to supply and install the national scale Coastal Surveillance System was signed last month in Tripoli.
