Canadian software specialist Caris has begun distribution of its new Hydrographic Production Database (HPD) with first users including Germany''s Maritime & Hydrographic Agency, the Peruvian Department of Hydrography & Navigation, and the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration in the US.
