Fire-fighting systems approved in time for Seawork

The approval covers all electrically and thermally operated generator models across the range and means that Stat-X® condensed aerosol fire-fighting systems can now be installed onboard any size and type of commercial vessels and no longer limited to vessels up to 24m in length.

Stat-X® condensed aerosol systems are designed for use in engine rooms, auxiliary machinery spaces, and special-hazard areas where a compact, non-pressurised suppression solution is required and is installed within the protected space without the need for external cylinder storage and pipework.

With EU MED and UK MER market certifications now in place alongside the global BV Type Approval, Stat-X® is suited for use aboard SOLAS-classed vessels worldwide.
