CSM opens Greek office
Columbia Shipmanagement (CSM) is on track with its expansion plans with the opening of a new office in Greece.
Situated in southern Athens near Piraeus, one of Europe’s busiest ports, Columbia Shipmanagement Greece will provide ship management and maritime services to new and existing clients.
It is also ideally located near to other commercial ports and local services of the CSM network, including in the Cyprus region.
“Greece is a major maritime country and the importance of its shipowners and ports cannot be understated,” said Mark O’Neil, CSM president and chief executive.
“We look forward to working with our existing and new clients to ensure they receive the necessary support they may need to drive forward their businesses and fleets,” he added.
Headed up by general manager, Gregory Spourdalakis, the new office opened on 24 March, providing services to all CSM-managed vessels as well as other clients and partners requiring support in the area.
