Craneking grabs attention

The UKs MET Marine Limited and associate company Craneking Limited will be showcasing Amco Veba and Pellegrini marine cranes and equipment at Seawork this year on stand A347.

The versatile 5.98 T/M Amco Veba 806.M.4S marine crane has proved ideal on the Isle of Man Fishery Protection Vessel Barrule

Suitable for onshore and offshore use, these standard or customised cranes cater for all requirements – ranging from light fish farm use to heavy-duty oil industry support vessel work.

Details of the full range of Amco Veba and Pellegrini marine equipment – including mono, lattice, telescopic, knuckle and stiff boom cranes as well as davits, A-frames, winches, capstans and all types of hoisting machinery – will be available during Seawork.

A graphic display will reflect the suitability of Amco Veba cranes for docks and harbours, workboats and many general purpose applications. A 2.4T/M Amco Veba AV.603TM-3S telescopic boom crane together with a DC hydraulic power pack will be on the stand. This crane, with its three hydraulic extensions, 4.2m reach and 355 degree electric slewing, is very popular in the fish farming industry.

As an approved supplier to the MoD, the display will also show Pellegrini equipment as supplied to the state-of-the-art Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessel Diligence and the new Pellegrini cranes now in use on the London Thames Barrier.
