Goodchild dredger at Seawork

The first MarinaMaster 8000 designed by the UKs dredger expert, Goodchild Marine, is set to be on show at Seawork this year.

The dredger is expected at Seawork 2013

The vessel is the first of a new design of specialist dredger designed by Alan Goodchild and built in Italy by Italdraghe SpA with supervision from Goodchild Marine.

Named Tullulah Bella, it has recently has undergone successful trials for her new owners, the Yachthavens Group.

Tallulah Bella was trialled following an uneventful road journey from Italy and assembled in icy weather before being put through its paces at Fambridge Marina on the tidal River Crouch in Essex.

Designer, Alan Goodchild, said: “Tallulah Bella floated to her design marks and started up straight away ready to go to work. We are delighted with the vessel’s quality, finish and dredging performance.”

It will be put to work at Fambridge Marina and other Yachthavens marinas around the UK.
