Spinnaker aiming to ‘bridge the gap’
UK-based shipping recruitment agency, Spinnaker Global will be exhibiting at Seawork International 2016.
The company, which specialises in shore-based vacancies, aims to bridge the gap between clients and candidates.
It provides full consultancy services which include accurate salary data through its HR consulting division, this is also home to the Maritime HR Association.
With Seawork bringing many big players from the industry together, Spinnaker believes it can strive to understand the individual ‘skills gap’ needs of each business and find the best solutions to the problems each individual one is facing.
Through its 18-year experience, Spinnaker has documented a diminishing pool of expensive talent sat the top of the marine industry and a wealth of competitive graduates at the other end.
