Survival aces bring raft of innovations to Seawork

Visitors to this year’s Seawork will see a raft of innovative marine survival and security products on BCB’s stand (A75), including unmanned aerial vehicles, air-pressurised pirate stopping devices and versatile rescue poles.

As Jonathan Delf, sales manager of UK based BCB Marine explains: “We will be displaying a number of our marine safety and survival solutions for the first time at Seawork.”

“Our Maritime Surveillance Unmanned Aircraft has a range of 800 km and can fly for up to 8 hours; telescopic poles can rescue people up to 17m away using a variety of retrieval accessories,” he added. “Our air-pressurised launchers can intercept, entrap and disable fast small vessels engaged in piracy or other criminal acts without using deadly force. Our equipment enables people to stay safe, be seen and be heard when they need it most.”
