Top trio combine to meet all demands

South Catamarans, an Isle of Wight-based company with a 50-year track record, is renowned for its rugged vessels purpose designed for industries including fishing, dive charters and especially offshore wind farms.

Dale Nelson, another business with a 50-year track record, is best known for building the ‘Bentleys’ of leisure boats, and also have a commercial arm that supplies bespoke pilot and police vessels.

TT Boat Designs has a long-standing association with both South Catamarans and Dale Nelson, and was the catalyst for bringing the trio together.

The initial range includes 11m and12m catamarans, suitable for the windfarm market, survey work, passenger and fishing vessels. Larger builds are already on the drawing board.
