SMS Towage says it is spearheading an industry drive to create a new national workboat safety standard for the UK. The East Yorkshire-based business is helping to implement the Maritime Coastguard Agency-approved Voluntary Towage Endorsement Scheme with the National Workboat Association (NWA).
