Reintjes UK status and address change

Industry Database

The management of marine gearbox manufacturer Reintjes GmbH and Reintjes Benelux BVBA used Seawork to announce a change of status for its Business in the United Kingdom.

As from 1 June 2019 a new Company has been formed called Reintjes UK Limited; the former Branch Office of Reintjes Britain & Ireland will no longer exist.

The new Company formation indicates the long term commitment Reintjes GmbH  has in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland markets. This will allow trading in the local currency and allow progressive development of the market with increased Sales/Market penetration and turnover. The new Company will continue to be supported technically and commercially from Reintjes Benelux and guided by their Management. Customer support is a focus of Reintjes and this is managed by the new Company assisted with local Authorised and Factory Trained Service Partners.

Reintjes UK Limited will continue to promote the Company products and services in the Republic of Ireland;  the existing commercial arrangements, trading in Euro currency, will continue via Reintjes Benelux BVBA.

The new Company will be led by Chris Britner, who joined Reintjes in February 2019, and supported in the short term by Phil Martin.

The new UK Office address is:

REINTJES UK Limited, Mayden House, Long Bennington Business Park, Main Road, Long Bennington, Lincs, NG23 5DJ.
