'Pallieter' No Palliative for van der Giessen
The last dredger to be built at IHC''s now doomed van der Giessen-de Noord shipyard was launched last month in Rotterdam. The 5,400m 3capacity trailing suction hopper dredger Pallieter was built for the Belgian contractor Dredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering NV (DEME).
