Ports welcome IMO energy measures

The US Port of Los Angeles has done much to improve air quality in its vicinity.

The first ever mandatory energy efficiency measures for international shipping, Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) and Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP), have been adopted.
