Rolls thrusts into Chinese tug market

The four most powerful tugs will each be equipped with a pair of Rolls-Royce US305 Azimuth thrusters with fixed pitch propellers measuring 3m in diameter.

Global power systems provider Rolls-Royce has won orders worth some £18m for the supply of Azimuth thrusters to power 18 new tugs being built in China.
