Seawork spells success for ASAP
Long-time Seawork exhibitor ASAP Supplies of Beccles, Suffolk, (stand B161) is celebrating 25 years and owes its growth to achieving international recognition as a supplier of marine equipment for all types of commercial vessel.
Company co-founder Peter Edwards acknowledges the part that Seawork has played in the company’s success: “We immediately saw the potential which the event offered and have exhibited every year since 1999, expanding our customer base to a world-wide profile. This year, we have booked a large and more prominent site, so we’re confident of reaping the benefits. Roll on 10 June!”
ASAP Supplies now represents 14 world-leading brands, in addition to own brand equipment, stocking over 12,000 lines. Online and hard copy catalogues and same day dispatch ensure customer satisfaction.
Asked where his motivation comes from, Peter Edwards smiles: “Drive and passion come when you want to nurture and grow something you’ve produced. We have remained focused because we believed that we could deliver according to our name.”
The company’s ethos is to try hard to ensure that a customer’s first experience of ASAP makes them want to come back again, and there are some loyal customers who’ve used the company since day one.
