Servowatch to launch IVMS at Seawork

Servowatch is set to launch its new integrated vessel management system (IVMS) at this year’s Seawork International, taking place from 16 to 18 June 2015.

The IVMS has been designed specifically for special purpose craft where redundant functions and inter-operability are vital

The IVMS has been designed specifically for special purpose craft where redundant functions and inter-operability are vital, for example, search and rescue and fisheries protection.

Built using state-of-the-art technology, Servowatch says the IVMS uses as much commercially-off-the-shelf equipment as possible to reduce the reliance on propriety hardware to make it a cost effective and supportable solution.

The system also features the company’s award-winning WINMON software which offers multifunctional capabilities. With duality of key operational sensors and complete adaptability to changing conditions, Servowatch says the system has no single point of failure.
