Special boat services keep Germans busy

Hermann Helms is the latest in a series of boats from the DGzRS to call at the east German yard Tamsen Maritim in Rostock

Germany’s biggest sea rescue ship Hermann Helms and the prominent fisheries protection ship Seefalke are among specialist tonnage overhauled of late and keeping small shipyards busy at both ends of the German Baltic.
