US Coastguard crack down on tug operators
United States Coast Guard units along the Gulf Coast, Mississippi River and Western Rivers system have introduced ‘ Operation Big Tow’ , an ongoing initiative to ensure towing vessels are properly manned and crews have proper licensing.
