The keel laying of a new hybrid maintenance support vessel for Briggs Marine has taken place

In what is being hailed as a ‘significant milestone for maritime excellence’, the ceremony took place at the Freire Shipyard in Vigo, Spain.

The new 40m vessel, scheduled for delivery in 2024, will have a diesel-electric DP-2 propulsion system and accommodation for six crew and ten project personnel.
